Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Active Professional Engineer license in Colorado.
• Experience leading teams on large bridge/structural projects and with CDOT/local agencies.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team across bridge projects.
• Provide technical and strategic leadership on major projects.
• Ensure delivery meets client expectations, quality, schedules, and budgets.
• Partner with client managers and BD to grow revenue.
• Lead winning strategies for pursuits and major opportunities.
• Promote operational excellence through resource planning and quality management.
• Serve as trusted advisor within the discipline.
