Qualifications

• Six years of full-time satisfactory electrician experience, last 15 years, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Four years of related experience plus approved trade school training to cover remaining experience; at least one year supervising electricians in last 15 years.

Responsibilities

• Supervises electricians and staff in installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems for buildings, bridges, and traffic control.
• Responsible for 24/7 deployment of electricians to support emergency operational problems city-wide.
• Troubleshoot and read PLC codes for faults during breakdowns and restore bridge operations for vehicles, pedestrians, cyclists, and marine traffic.
