K&B Bridals in Bel Air is seeking a dynamic Client Experience & Engagement Lead. You’ll be the Brides’ hype person, nurturing connections from welcome calls to post‑Say Yes moments, and supporting the styling team to deliver the signature K&B experience.

Responsibilities include pre-appointment outreach, event and trunk show promotion, and driving appointment growth across locations, while creating a warm, five‑star atmosphere for brides and guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, customer service, sales, appointment setting, or client relationship management is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Connect with brides before appointments, building excitement and helping them feel confident and prepared.
• Follow up with brides who haven't booked, canceled, missed an appointment, or haven't yet purchased.
• Help brides discover upcoming events, trunk shows, and special shopping opportunities.
• Support the Boutique Leader and styling team in delivering our signature K&B experience.
• Create a positive, celebratory checkout experience, including appropriately inviting gratuities for stylists.
• Encourage happy brides to share their experience through reviews and referrals.
