Lovely Bride LLC is seeking a motivated Assistant Store Manager to help lead our team. This role blends sales leadership, team development, and operational support, working alongside the Store Manager to drive performance and maintain the exceptional bridal experience.

The ideal candidate leads by example, thrives in a goal-oriented environment, and balances strong relationships with strong results. Availability to cover Wednesday through Sunday is required.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience required; bridal, luxury or specialty retail preferred.
• Leadership or management experience preferred.
• Results-driven with a passion for sales and motivating others.
• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Confident in coaching others and creating a supportive, accountable team environment.
• Availability to work Wednesday through Sunday.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example through exceptional bridal appointments, confident selling and achieving personal sales goals.
• Partner with the Store Manager to drive team performance and monthly store goals.
• Coach stylists on sales techniques and creating confident purchasing experiences.
• Support daily operations, inventory, store presentation and opening/closing procedures.
• Lead daily team huddles, set priorities, and celebrate successes.
• Ensure timely client communication and thorough appointment documentation.
