David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Specialist to complete fittings and alterations to high standards and report to the Store Manager. You will exemplify friendly, knowledgeable, and technical expertise, delivering superior customer service as part of the store team.

Responsibilities include welcoming customers, managing flows with systems, guiding alterations, and collaborating with stylists to close sales while upholding Dress Code policies across the Alterations area.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store preferred.
• Prior sewing experience required, bridal or occasion production helps.
• Prior experience with computerized POS is a plus.

• Welcome customers with enthusiasm in person, over phone, and online chats.
• Use systems to manage customer flow and deliver a five-star experience.
• Maintain service levels and meet customer needs and checks tasks.
• Assist with fittings, alterations, and sewing to company standards.
• Provide excellent service and support to multiple customers at once.
• Address customer concerns promptly and appropriately with leadership support.
• Promote alteration services and customization options.
• Support sales by advising on gown fit and customization with stylists.
• Maintain store standards and a tidy alterations room.
