David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Specialist to complete fittings to high standards and provide exceptional customer service. You’ll work with bridal and special occasion garments, assisting stylists and ensuring alterations meet brand quality.

Responsibilities include welcoming customers, managing alterations, promoting alteration services, maintaining a clean, organized alterations room, and supporting the store team to deliver a five-star experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of retail apparel experience
• Prior sewing experience required, bridal preferred
• Experience with computerized POS is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide enthusiastic service
• Manage alterations and fittings to high standards
• Promote alteration services and customization options
• Maintain alterations room and store standards
