David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Specialist to complete fittings and alterations to high standards. You will assist stylists, manage alterations, and uphold Dress Code policies while delivering five-star customer service.

The role emphasizes sewing, alterations, and exceptional care for each gown or garment, with a focus on a positive customer experience and teamwork in-store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent degree.
• 1–2 years of retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience required, bridal/special occasion preferred.
• Experience with computerized POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with genuine enthusiasm in person, on the phone, or virtually and solve problems clearly.
• Use systems to manage customer flow and deliver five-star service.
• Maintain service levels and meet customer needs per policy.
• Provide an exceptional service experience to multiple customers at once and support sales.
