Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking Alterations Specialists to complete fittings and alterations to our high standards, reporting to the Store Manager. You will bring friendly, knowledgeable, and technical expertise to deliver superior customer service and embody the David’s Bridal brand in all interactions.

You will assist stylists with gown fitting, manage all alterations, sewing, steaming and pressing, and maintain a pristine alterations room.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years retail experience in apparel.
• Prior sewing experience required.
• Prior experience with computerized POS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with genuine enthusiasm and resolve issues to deliver five-star service.
• Assist with gown fittings, alterations, and personalization options.
• Maintain a clean, organized alterations area and ensure quality before delivery.
• Support stylists in closing sales and advising on garment fit.
