Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in retail, apparel, or specialty store environment preferred.
• Prior sewing experience required, bridal/special occasion background helpful.
• Experience with computerized POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with friendly enthusiasm in person, over the phone, and online; adapt communication to solve problems.
• Manage customer flow to deliver five-star experience using store systems.
• Maintain service levels and upsell alterations and personalization options.
• Provide exceptional service to multiple customers and support store sales goals.
• Address customer concerns proactively and collaborate with leadership when needed.
• Assist stylists with gown fit and customization discussions.
• Keep alterations room organized and ensure quality control before delivery.
• Process transactions accurately and uphold company standards.
