David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Specialist to complete fittings and alterations to the highest standards. You will serve customers in-store, by phone, and online to ensure a flawless dress fit and outstanding service.

The role emphasizes sewing, steaming, and quality control under store management. As a part-time team member, you will contribute to a welcoming shopping experience, maintain the alterations room, and assist with styling discussions and customization options with customers

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of retail experience in apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior sewing experience is required, preferably bridal or special occasion production.

Responsibilities

• Assist alterations customers with fittings, sewing, steaming and finishing of garments.
• Maintain alterations room and ensure cleanliness and organization.
• Provide exceptional customer service and educate customers on alteration options and pricing.
• Support stylists in closing sales related to gown fit and customization.
