Job summary

David’s Bridal is hiring an Alterations Specialist to join our store team in a part-time role. You will complete fittings, alterations, and repairs to high standards while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service to customers in person, over the phone, and via virtual chats.

The role requires prior sewing experience and at least 1–2 years in retail apparel. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus, and you will support store operations and customer satisfaction daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• 1–2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior sewing experience required, preferably bridal/special occasion.
• Experience with computerized POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with enthusiasm and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Manage alterations workflow and communicate with stylists and customers.
• Ensure quality control by inspecting garments before delivery.
• Assist with pricing, inventory, and store standards for a seamless shopping experience.
• Support cash wrap and process transactions accurately.
