Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years retail experience in apparel preferred.
• Sewing experience required, bridal or specialty environment a plus.
• POS system experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with genuine enthusiasm via phone, chat, and in person.
• Assist alterations customers with fittings and gown adjustments.
• Maintain high service levels and ensure five-star customer experience.
• Support stylists in closing sales through garment fitting consultations.
• Keep alterations room clean, organized, and compliant with standards.
