Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store preferred.
• Prior sewing experience required, bridal and/or special occasion production environment a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm and resolve conflicts.
• Manage customer flow to deliver five-star customer experience.
• Maintain service levels by being Prepared, Welcoming, Meet the Needs & Be There for customers.
• Provide exceptional service to multiple customers at one time and support store goals.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Assist stylists in closing sales by advising on gown fit and customization.
• Maintain alterations room and ensure cleanliness and organization.
• Respond to customer questions with product and service information.
• Build long-term relationships to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain inventory and ensure first-quality standards for alterations and pickups.
• Ensure alteration pricing aligns with company standards.
• Process transactions accurately and support cash wrap.
• Inspect garments altered/steamed/pressed to verify pristine condition before delivery.
• Perform duties assigned by store management.
