David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Specialist to complete fittings and alterations to high standards. You’ll deliver friendly, knowledgeable service and support stylists with gown fit and customization.

The role is part-time in a bridal retail environment with an emphasis on customer care, tailoring, and maintaining store standards. Excellent communication and sewing skills are essential.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years prior retail experience in apparel or specialty stores.
• Prior sewing experience required, bridal context encouraged.
• POS system experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Assist customers through alterations, fittings and personalization options.
• Maintain store standards and provide five-star customer service.
• Support stylists in closing sales and ensuring a smooth checkout.
• Keep alterations area clean, organized and efficient.
