Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Specialist to deliver high-standard fittings and alterations while providing superior customer service. You will guide customers through gown adjustments, manage alterations, steaming, pressing, and quality checks to ensure pristine condition before delivery.

You will greet customers in person, via phone, or online chats, solve problems, and collaborate with stylists to close sales through expert alterations and personalized options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years prior retail apparel experience.
• Prior sewing experience, bridal preferred.
• Experience with computerized POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and build relationships to deliver a five-star service.
• Perform alterations, fittings, steaming, and pressing to company standards.
• Assist stylists with gown fit and customization.
• Maintain alterations room and quality control guidelines.
• Process transactions accurately at POS.
