Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of retail experience in apparel or specialty stores preferred.
• Prior sewing experience required, bridal or special occasion preferred.
• Experience with POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm across phone, chat, and in person.
• Manage customer flow using systems to deliver a five-star experience.
• Maintain service levels and follow store checklists while addressing customer needs.
• Assist stylists in closing sales through gown fit consultations and customization.
• Inspect garments and ensure pristine condition before delivery.
