Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of retail experience in apparel or specialty stores preferred.
• Prior sewing experience required, bridal or special occasion experience is a plus.
• Experience with computerized POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly in person, over the phone, and online with friendly enthusiasm.
• Manage customer flow to deliver a five-star experience using all store systems.
• Maintain store standards and assist stylists in garment fitting and alterations.
• Provide expert alteration services, including sewing, steaming and pressing to spec.
• Resolve customer questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure accurate pricing and smooth checkout processes at the cash wrap.
