Job summary

Mark Anthony Group supports North America Brewing with Quality Innovation, QA, and Audit & Certification across in-house and third-party manufacturing. The role drives innovation trials and scales projects from concept to finished products.

The candidate will own brewing formulations, blending requirements, and quality procedures, working closely with QA, product development, engineering, and supply chain to ensure safety and excellence across sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Brewing/Carbonated Beverage/Alcohol operations or quality experience in a high-speed, multi-SKU facility.
• Expert knowledge of brewing, filtration, high-speed blending and quality procedures.
• Project management experience; PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute cross-site Technical Services for North America Brewing including Quality Innovation, QA, and Audit & Certification of in-house and 3rd party mfg.
• Lead innovation trials, assess feasibility, and scale from concept to finished products.
• Audit & certify current and new in-house plants, co-packers, suppliers and distributors.
• Manage brew formulations, blending requirements, and loss monitoring at plant level.
• Monitor safety, quality, and service throughout brewing and packaging operations.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Engineering, Packaging, and Supply Chain on projects.
