Candidates should have a high school diploma, 1 year manufacturing experience (brewing/fermentation preferred), proficiency with MS Office, and be at least 21.

Responsibilities

• Operate brewing equipment (fermenters, filtration, controls) per SOPs.
• Conduct CIP cleaning of equipment to control contamination.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance.
• Follow GMPs and quality procedures; maintain production records.
