Job summary

Mark Anthony Group in Columbia, SC seeks a senior Brewing Quality professional to lead innovation and assurance across US sites. You will manage fermentation, filtration, blending processes and ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance.

The role covers cross-site technical services, audits, and coordination with product development, engineering, and packaging teams. A 5+ year background in brewing quality operations is expected, with strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Brewing, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Micro, or Food Science.
• 5+ years in Brewing/Carbonated Beverage/Alcohol Operations or Quality.
• Expert knowledge of brewing, filtration, high-speed blending and quality testing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Quality Innovation for US Brewing and 3rd Party mfg.
• Conduct Quality Assurance for US Brewing and Copack Network (liquid)
• Audit & Certification for Brewing and 3rd Party mfg.
• Own cross-site Technical Services for North America Brewing including Quality Innovation, Quality Assurance, and Audit and Certification of In-house and 3rd Party mfg.
• Influence Manufacturing and supplier decisions in US related to Brewing, Filtration, and Blending
• Veto in-house and 3rd Party based on severity of Audit results
