Job summary

Mark Anthony Group is seeking a Manufacturing Specialist for the Liquid Technology Center in Columbia, SC to oversee production runs, testing, and packaging of liquids including beer, RTD, LRB and spirits. You will maintain equipment, ensure compliance with BRC, GMP and HACCP, manage inventories, and collaborate with Quality, Packaging, Brewing Technical Services, Supply Chain and Procurement.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in brewing/distilling, engineering, operations, or food science.
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in beer, dairy, or beverage industry.
• Experience operating or managing brewing, distilling, packaging or other beverage equipment.
• Experience working with lab equipment.
• Knowledge of BRC, GMP, and HACCP principles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Production Runs for the Liquid Technology Center, including testing and packaging.
• Scale up proposed formulations to small batches and provide reports/sensory shipments.
• Maintain LTC assets, equipment, master cleaning schedule, production schedule, and ordering/inventory for the LTC.
• Records and tracks all liquid movements to stay compliant with regulatory standards.
• Support objectives to expand capacity, reduce costs, and mitigate risks.
