Job summary

Mark Anthony Group is seeking a Brewing Operator to operate and maintain brewing equipment, ensuring product quality and safety. You will be cross-trained in kitting, batching, lab work, filtration, material handling, control room operations and inventory.

The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include monitoring process parameters such as ABV, DO, CO2, and Real Extract; performing routine QC on materials and finished goods;

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• 1 year of manufacturing experience or related computer skills.
• Brewing/fermentation experience highly preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office, Teams and email.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor production parameters and perform routine quality checks.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance.
• Follow GMP and QA procedures to ensure product integrity.
• Maintain accurate production records and batch documentation.
