Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• 1 year of manufacturing experience or related experience with computer skills
• Brewing/fermentation experience - highly preferred
• Filtration experience (centrifuge, RO, etc.) - highly preferred
• Proficient with MS Office, Teams and email
• Must be at least 21 years old

Responsibilities

• Monitor quality parameters such as ABV, DO, CO2 and Real Extract.
• Conduct routine QC on raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods.
• Operate brewing equipment and CIP; troubleshoot as needed.
• Coordinate with maintenance to minimize production disruptions.
• Maintain production records and comply with GMP/QA procedures.
• Follow safety protocols and participate in audits.
