The Boston Beer Company is seeking a motivated Co-op to join the Brewing and Quality team at the Boston Brewery in Jamaica Plain, MA. This 6‑month, on‑site program runs January 4, 2027 through June 25, 2027, from 6:30 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday, to support quality testing, brewing operations, and production activities.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering, Brewing, or a related field.
• Wet laboratory techniques coursework or co‑op experience.
• Must remain enrolled in school after the co‑op.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Lift at least 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Follow SOPs, GMPs, and safety requirements.
• Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work independently in a team.

Responsabilités

• Perform daily quality testing and fermentation tracking.
• Collect production samples and maintain QA records and data.
• Assist with data entry and reporting for quality monitoring.
• Support brewing operations, cleaning, sanitation, and packaging activities.
