Boston Beer Corporation is hiring Brewing Operators at the Samuel Adams Brewery in Breinigsville, PA. You will oversee brew, ferment, filtration, and blend processes as part of a 24/7 operation on a 4-week rotation.

Strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and teamwork are essential; brewing experience is not required. The role includes night shifts, on-site work, and safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Understanding of industrial manufacturing processes and systems.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in manufacturing.
• Brewing, distilling, or CPG experience preferred but not required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible, fast-paced, and shift-priority adaptability.
• Team-oriented with a 'get-it-done' attitude.
• Proficient with MS Outlook and brewery operation software.
• Willing to work 8- or 12-hour shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Execute brew, ferment, filtration, and blend operations per procedures.
• Monitor and troubleshoot temperature, flow, and operation.
• Make equipment and product changeovers using required tools.
• Enter inventory records accurately in the ERP at point of use.
• Unload materials for brewing and blending using rails, trucks, totes, drums.
• Participate in continuous improvement and make process recommendations.
• Perform quality checks, testing, and complete paperwork.
• Work in confined spaces and perform sanitation duties.
• Operate forklifts as required.
• Support overtime and varied production needs, including 12-hour days.
