Job summary

Boston Beer Company is hiring Brewing Operators for the Samuel Adams Brewery in Breinigsville, PA. You will execute brew, ferment, filtration, and blend operations on a 24/7 schedule, with a night shift on a 4-week rotation.

The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork; previous brewing experience is not required, and you will receive training while contributing to quality products.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Understanding of industrial manufacturing processes and systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting ability in manufacturing.
• Brewing/distilling/CPG experience preferred but not required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute brew, ferment, filtration, and blend operations.
• Monitor and troubleshoot temperature, flow, and operation.
• Make equipment and product changeovers; use tools as needed.
• Enter inventory records in ERP at point of use and resolve discrepancies.
• Unload materials for brewing and blending processes.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
