Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in an analytical laboratory in a Lean Manufacturing environment.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Working knowledge of GMP, HACCP, Food Defense principles.

• Analyze quality data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Support a 24/7 brewing operation with quality approvals.
• Conduct daily inspections and ensure compliance with GMP.
