Job Summary

To analyze, organize, plan, schedule, and direct Maintenance associates in projects to maximize machine output, ensure product quality, and minimize downtime. Assist in developing and improving maintenance programs and practices.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Supervise Maintenance P&M resources, prioritize tasks, and reassign as needed.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules in coordination with Production, Engineering, and other departments.
• Procure parts, materials, and tools required for maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
• Ensure shop equipment and tools are in good repair and calibrated.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards.
• Establish and track performance metrics such as downtime, PM schedules, spending, and overtime.
• Develop and implement training programs for personnel improvement.
• Coordinate work with outside contractors on capital projects within budget.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2-5 years supervisory experience in maintenance.
• Ability to develop and implement Preventative and Predictive Maintenance programs.
• Ability to recommend staffing levels and plan work priorities.
• Monitor inventory levels and troubleshoot problems.
• Recommend equipment purchases or repairs.
• Assess training needs and define requirements.
