What You’ll Do

As the Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day maintenance operations at Tanglewood Apartments run smoothly. Your leadership will help provide a safe, well-maintained, and welcoming environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all property maintenance, repairs, and upkeep
• Respond to maintenance requests, including after-hours emergencies
• Supervise and train maintenance and custodial staff
• Manage the maintenance budget and supply inventory
• Ensure compliance with safety, OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in apartment or multifamily maintenance
• Strong knowledge of HVAC (EPA certification required), electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building systems
• Experience with pool maintenance is a plus
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
