Connect your passion with purpose, teaming with people who thrive on finding innovative solutions to some of healthcare's biggest challenges. Here are the details of this position.

Your role in our mission

  • Strengthen the quality and smooth operation of our Cost Avoidance (CAV) product by creating innovative, purpose-built technologies and solutions for our company and clients.
  • Oversee operational success for multiple clients by managing key performance indicators, troubleshooting delivery issues, and identifying areas for process efficiency.
  • Contribute directly to product development initiatives aimed at the continued growth of the Cost Avoidance product.
  • Interface with clients as the product expert, providing thoughtful, data-backed responses to performance inquiries and a consultative approach to driving additional value.
  • Assist with short- and long-range client forecasting and performance projections.
  • Provide education and coaching on process methodologies, enterprise process leadership, and the impact of recommended changes.

What we're looking for

  • 6+ years of experience in Client Operations or Product Management, with 3+ years of Medicaid and Medicare experience preferred.
  • Ability to analyze information and use logic to address work-related issues and problems.
  • Proficiency with SQL, Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio, MS Project, and Access.
  • Understanding of budget development, control and assurance methods, and project management software.
  • Ability to translate broader program objectives into clear and achievable project milestones.
  • Leadership skills to train, guide, and mentor junior colleagues.
  • Strong communication skills for clear idea presentation to executives.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to define structure from ambiguity.

What you should expect in this role

  • Remote position.
  • Opportunities to travel (0-10%).
