Mighty Squirrel Brewing Co. is seeking an experienced Brewer to join our team in Waltham, MA.

The role focuses on managing the brewing operations for a 20 BBL system, developing recipes, and leading the brewing team on second shift. Ideal candidates will have a strong mechanical background, brewing science knowledge, and hands-on experience with canning lines while ensuring safety and quality across the production line.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in brewing in a microbrewery.
• Brewing degree preferred or proven track record in brewing operations.
• Experience with a 20 BBL system or larger.

Responsibilities

• Create, brew, and refine beer recipes.
• Manage raw material orders, shipments, and inventories.
• Schedule brews and production planning.
• Develop and formalize SOPs; monitor brewing steps.
