Two Roads Brewing Company in Stratford, CT is seeking an experienced Second Shift Brewer to join the production team. This full-time, afternoon shift starts at 12:00 PM and operates within a fast-paced brewing environment.

You will oversee wort production, beer separation, cellar operations, and batching while guiding Cellar Technicians and coordinating with first shift to maintain quality, safety, and production continuity.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of commercial brewing experience.
• Ability to follow SOPs, GMPs, and safety protocols.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Oversee wort production, beer separation, cellar operations, and batching.
• Operate brewing and cellar equipment per SOPs.
• Monitor fermentation parameters and product quality.
• Perform yeast harvesting, pitching, and management.
• Complete required lab testing (pH, alcohol, cell counts).
• Document production activities and deviations.
• Support second-shift coordination and handoffs.
• Provide direction to Cellar Technicians.
