Job summary

Monster Brewing Company is seeking an experienced Brewer Operator to execute wort production and brewhouse tasks with minimal supervision, and actively lead Brewer Operators and Technicians on key projects. You will maintain all quality and safety standards, master Brewer Operator tasks, audit raw materials, and ensure accuracy of Brewsheets and BOMs.

You will also support the Brewer Manager in team management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Maintain all quality and safety standards set for wort production at Monster Brewing facilities.
Mastery of all Brewer Operator 1, Operator 2, and Technician 1 tasks.
Actively support Brewer Manager and/or Operations manager in team management tasks and initiatives.
Audit raw materials and ensure accuracy of Brewsheets, Bills of Materials, Brand Specs, etc.
Actively leads a team(s) of Brewer Operations and Technicians.
Engage in improvement projects coordinated by Brewer Manager.
Communicates effectively and timely using either email, phone, text or verbal tools.
