Job summary

Cold Spring Brewing seeks an Ingredient Control Supervisor to oversee ingredient control, inventory, and receiving during a 12-hour day shift. You will liaison with customers, manage kitting timelines, and ensure accurate inventory across the facility while upholding safety and GMP standards.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred but not required.
• 3–5 years' Supervisor experience preferred.
• 3–5 years' operational and inventory control experience preferred.
• 3–5 years' warehouse/forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between the Company and Customer on recipe formulation and kitting timelines.
• Oversee production of Ingredient Kits for beverage production.
• Oversee and manage all Ingredient Inventory.
• Coordinate movement and storage of ingredients and finished kits.
• Train and lead staff; document processes and ensure GMP/compliance.
• Take corrective actions for safety and quality issues.
