Job summary

BBQ Holdings, Inc. in Franklin, TN is seeking a dedicated brewery professional. This position is primarily responsible for producing wort and maintaining brewing equipment and facility.

Responsibilities include completing the brewing process safely and efficiently, repairing equipment with team support, cleaning and maintenance, yeast propagation, inventory, and timely paperwork. The role requires physical stamina, the ability to work nights, weekends, and tolerate cold and hot environments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Brewing experience preferred but not required.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Must pass a Motor Vehicles Records background check.
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Complete brewing process safely and efficiently, including milling, mashing, lautering, wort boiling, cooling, and transferring to storage vessels.
• Repair brewery equipment with assistance from other Brewhouse employees.
• Complete daily cleaning and maintenance checklists.
• Aid yeast propagation following Company's process.
• Maintain cleanliness of all areas in the brew house.
• Work with Lab Technician to ensure product quality.
• Maintain standard operating procedures unless instructed otherwise.
• Maintain inventory and report low stock levels to your supervisor.
• Arrive on time with a positive attitude.
• Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and on time.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
