Job summary

Angel of the Winds Casino Resort is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead all FOH operations for 210 Brewery. You will supervise staff, oversee inventory, and ensure exceptional guest service while maintaining costs and compliance.

The role requires 21+ years of age and 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume restaurant setting, with strong beverage knowledge and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Exceptional guest service and communication skills required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a high-volume restaurant operations setting with supervisory/management experience.
• Excellent knowledge of beverage and wine service, beverage products, menu items and equipment.
• Strong knowledge of guest service, labor and liquor costs.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all aspects of the front-of-house operations for 210 Brewery.
• Greets and interacts with guests in a friendly, professional, and attentive manner.
• Supervises FOH staff including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Maintains inventory levels and ensures compliance with liquor regulations.
• Sets department standards for FOH setup, cleanliness, training, and guest service.
