Job summary

Angel of the Winds Casino Resort is seeking a dynamic sales-focused team member to grow our beer brand across distributors and retailers. The role involves visiting accounts, managing shelf space, and delivering products while upholding our standards of guest service and safety.

Must be 21+, able to obtain required licenses, and have experience in sales or merchandising within a production brewery or craft beer environment. Flexibility for nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Must be 21+ and able to obtain required licenses.
• Experience in sales, distribution, or merchandising preferred.
• Experience in production brewery or craft beer is a plus.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers.
• Grow market and brand by building relationships with distributors and retailers.
• Visit accounts, increase distribution, monitor price, and manage shelf space.
• Create sales portfolio and presentations.
• Maintain product freshness in retail accounts.
• Research and engage strategic accounts, negotiate terms, close sales.
• Coordinate with Brewing Operations Manager.
• Perform product demonstrations.
• Oversee distribution route and deliveries.
• Promote internal product innovations.
• Maintain quality, sanitation and safety procedures.
• Manage key accounts list and forecast growth.
• Input and manage sales and inventory in systems.
• Work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Plan routes to cover delivery/sales area efficiently.
