Job summary

Angel of the Winds Casino Resort in Arlington, WA, seeks a Front-of-House leader for 210 Brewery to ensure exceptional guest service and manage shifts, costs, and quality across the beverage program.

The role requires 3–5 years in a high-volume restaurant with supervisory responsibilities, strong beverage and wine knowledge, and the ability to lead staff while maintaining compliance with MAST and liquor regulations.

Qualifications

• Exceptional guest service and communication skills required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Three to five years' experience in a high-volume restaurant operations setting with supervisory/management responsibilities.
• Excellent knowledge of beverage and wine service, beverage products, and related equipment.
• Strong knowledge of guest service, labor, and liquor costs.
• Experience with craft beer is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all aspects of the front-of-house operations for 210 Brewery.
• Partners with Beverage Operations Manager and chefs to meet standards.
• Greets and interacts with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Applies proper rotation of FOH products and maintains inventory levels.
• Supervises FOH staff including hiring, training, direction, appearance, safety, and performance evaluations.
• Keeps current with spirits, beer, and wine trends and contributes to the beverage program.
• Manages guest service standards and costly controls within Food and Beverage Operations.
• Ensures compliance with Washington Liquor Control Commission requirements.
• Maintains knowledge of liquor brands, beers, wines, glassware, garnishes, and pricing.
• Sets par levels for supplies and equipment; plans staffing for guest service volumes.
• Conducts monthly FOH inventory and controls costs.
