Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience.
• RLFG Train the Trainer certifications.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day shift operations and collaborate with the GM on improvement opportunities.
• Assist the GM in achieving financial goals through operational performance and proper reporting.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and daily decision-making to uphold standards of quality and service.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and accurate adherence to food and beverage SOPs.
• Support vendor relationships and ensure correct handling of inventory and costs.
