Job summary

Molson Coors in Elkton, VA seeks a Control Systems Manager to deliver enterprise OT solutions for packaging, brewing, utilities and warehouse control systems at the Shenandoah Brewery. You will support capital projects, architect control system infrastructure, and assist budgeting for packaging and process controls.

The role reports to the Brewery Sr. Manager Technical Services and collaborates with Corporate TS&S, IT and other brewery teams to drive initiatives and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent (8–10 years) in controls systems.
• 8+ years leading manufacturing/operation control systems and capital projects design.
• Advanced technical and practical application experience is required.
• Strong problem-solving skills with business-priorities focus.
• Demonstrated integrity, accountability and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Leads brewery wide OT change management and ensures change control effectiveness.
• Provides brewery wide OT problem solving support.
• Supports, develops and implements brewery control systems per Corp TS&S/IT strategies.
• Manages OT control systems software and hardware infrastructure.
• Supports Brewery & Corporate projects following WCSC governance.
