Job summary
Molson Coors is seeking a Sr. Manager, Brewery Technology in Milwaukee to lead the design, implementation, and operations of technology solutions for multiple breweries across North America. You will set the vision for technology excellence and execute it across 4–5 brewery locations, reporting to the Sr.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant STEM field.
- 8–10 years of experience leading manufacturing systems across multi-site operations.
- Experience with manufacturing systems and standards, especially GE-Proficy MES and SAP modules.
Responsibilities
- Develop & Implement Brewery Technology Strategy across North America.
- Act as the voice of the customer for brewery IT and define project requirements.
- Bridge Corporate IT and Brewery IT for scalable, standardized solutions.
- Drive change management and implement automation across sites.
- Build and guide a high-performing Brewery IT team and manage vendor relationships.
