Job summary

Molson Coors in Golden, CO is seeking a production line operator. You will perform start-ups, shut downs, line changes, and routine maintenance to ensure safe, efficient operation of high-speed packaging equipment.

Qualifications

• Clear understanding of LOTO safety programs.
• Experience with high speed manufacturing equipment or industrial machinery.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Able to read and follow written instructions and perform basic mathematical calculations.

Responsibilities

• Performs assignments safely at all times.
• Start ups, shut downs, product changes, line troubleshooting, and cleaning & sanitation of equipment on assigned line.
• Completes training and certification to operate machines and use materials and chemicals.
• Ensures processes meet product quality, safety and regulatory standards and customer satisfaction.
• Maintains reporting on productivity, quality, safety and line information.
• May work different shifts as needed and train other employees.
