Job summary

Molson Coors in Elkton, VA is seeking a Control Systems Manager to deliver OT solutions for packaging, brewing, utilities, and warehouse operations. You will provide technical expertise and support for capital projects, reporting to the Brewery Sr.

Manager Technical Services. The role requires a BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent, and 8–10 years leading manufacturing and operation control systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Chemical Engineering or equivalent experience.
8–10 years of experience leading manufacturing/operation control systems.
Advanced technical and practical application experience required.

Responsibilities

Leads brewery wide OT change management, develops and ensures effectiveness of change control procedures.
Provides brewery wide OT problem solving support.
Supports, develops and implements brewery control systems per Corp TS&S / IT strategies.
Manages OT control systems software and hardware infrastructure.
Supports Brewery & Corporate projects following WCSC governance.
