Molson Coors in Elkton, VA is seeking a Control Systems Manager to deliver OT solutions for packaging, brewing, utilities, and warehouse operations. You will provide technical expertise and support for capital projects, reporting to the Brewery Sr.

Manager Technical Services. The role requires a BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent, and 8–10 years leading manufacturing and operation control systems.

• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Chemical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 8–10 years of experience leading manufacturing/operation control systems.
• Advanced technical and practical application experience required.

In the role ofControl Systems Manager working in Elkton, VA you will be part of the Shenandoah Brewery.You will provide technical expertise and competencies to deliver enterprise and Operational Technology (OT) for packaging/brewing/utilities/warehouse control system solutions in use at the brewery. Also, provide technical and operational support for capital project implementation. Lastly, support capital project control system architecture, budgeting for packaging and process control solutions, and brewery OT control system infrastructure development.

This position reports to Brewery Sr. Manager Technical Servicesand works closely with Corporate Technical Services & Support, Corporate Brewing, Corporate IT and other Brewery Manufacturing System groups.

What You'll Be Brewing:

• Leads brewery wide control systems OT change management, develops and ensures effectiveness of change control procedures

Key Ingredients:

• You have aBachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering / Computer Science or Chemical Engineering OR equivalent experience (8-10 years)in the field of controls systems

• You have atleast8 years experienceinleading manufacturing / operation control systems and participating in the design activities associated with developing, designing and implementing control systems capital projects.

• Advanced technical and practical application experience is required
