Russian River Brewing Company is looking for an experienced brewer to join our production team in Windsor, CA. Our brewers are responsible for brewing all of our world class RRBC beers and must have a strong commitment to quality while being a passionate steward for our company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of production brewing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Brewing, Chemistry, or a related science preferred.
• Strong commitment to quality and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and sanitation.
• Wort production and CIP of tanks and equipment.
• Operate centrifuge and filter; dry hop; carbonate beer.
• Assist on bottling line; operate keg racker; report mechanical issues.
• Coordinate with maintenance and QC/QA teams; perform other brewery tasks.
