Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional brewing experience.
• Forklift experience.
• Ability to lift/maneuver up to 165 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Wort production on both 15 bbl brewhouse and 1 bbl pilot system.
• Cellar operations including fermentation checks and keg washing.
• Quality control and inventory control.
• Assist with recipe development and equipment maintenance.
