Job summary

Riip Beer Co. is seeking an experienced Lead Brewer to head our production brewing operations and help shape the next chapter of our brewery. You will oversee all stages from grain to package and mentor the brewing and cellar team to uphold quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities include managing schedules, fermentation, filtration, carbonation, and packaging while ensuring safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance. A passion for craft beer and continuous improvement is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional brewing experience, including production brewing.
• Previous leadership or Head Brewer experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of brewing science, cellar operations, and quality assurance.
• Experience operating commercial brewhouse and packaging equipment.
