Job summary

Russian River Brewing Company is seeking an experienced brewer to join our production team. The brewer will handle all brewing-related tasks with a strong emphasis on quality, teamwork, and craftsmanship within our 75 bbl production facility and 20 bbl brewpub.

Responsibilities include cellar work, CIP, wort production support, packaging line assistance, and coordination with maintenance and QC lab staff. This role requires flexibility for weekend/evening shifts and a proactive, safety-conscious

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Occasional weekend and/or evening work.
• Ability to read, write and understand workplace language.
• Business math and its application to brewing needs.
• Prior brewing experience is not required but desired.
• Coursework in brewing or related science a plus.
• Commitment to excellence and high standards.
• Passion, enthusiasm, focus, creativity, and a positive outlook.

SCHEDULE:

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Communicate information clearly both verbally and in writing.
