Job summary

The Boston Beer Corporation is seeking a Full Time Packaging Operator at Milton Brewery. The role covers 1st and 2nd shifts (6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm) with a rotating schedule.

You will operate packaging lines, perform quality checks, log data, and maintain clean, safe work areas. Lifting up to 50 lbs, standing up to 11 hours, and wearing PPE are required. Benefits include healthcare, 401k, and more.

Qualifications

• 1+ year machine operation in production.
• Mechanical and/or electrical skills.
• Ability to learn company systems and enter data accurately.
• Able to work weekends/holidays.
• Lift up to 50 lb; stand/walk 11 hours a day.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform quality checks and document results.
• Clean and sanitize production areas and equipment.
• Enter production data into computer systems.
• Support training and repairs as needed.
