Job summary

Barrel One Collective is seeking a Packaging Operator in Boston to join our fast-paced brewery production team. You’ll operate packaging equipment, ensure quality and consistency, and maintain accurate production logs while supporting line changeovers and equipment adjustments.

The ideal candidate has experience in manufacturing or packaging environments, strong mechanical aptitude, and a team-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, packaging, or related production environments preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow SOPs, safety protocols, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate packaging equipment and production lines.
• Monitor product quality and packaging standards.
• Complete production logs and reporting paperwork.
• Track raw materials during packaging runs.
• Assist with line setup, changeovers, and equipment adjustments.
• Maintain clean, sanitary equipment and workspaces.
• Collaborate with Packaging, Brewing, Warehouse, and Maintenance teams.
• Follow GMPs and safety procedures.
